This unit develops the skills and knowledge required to perform advanced resuscitation, a pivotal role in non-medical staff providing a high level of care prior to the attendance of Paramedics or Registered Nurses. In some cases, skills and knowledge will be applied in conjunction with care provided by Health Care Professionals.
